Meet Nan DeMars

Nan DeMars is an internationally-recognized thought leader and practitioner in the area of workplace ethics and President of Executary Services, a consulting firm for ethics training and search firm for placement of C-Suite Executive Assistants.

A graduate of the University of Minnesota with a BA degree in Business Administration, Nan has also earned her CAP® rating. She was Corporate Secretary and Executive Assistant to the Chairman of a Minnesota corporation for over 20 years. Nan has served as International President of IAAP® (International Association of Administrative Professionals), and was on the International Board for six years. She authored the first-ever Code of Ethics for the association and the profession, and continuously conducts Office Ethics Surveys for employees. Through her 35+ years as a workplace trainer and practitioner, Nan has trained thousands of employees. 

Nan lives in Minneapolis with her husband, Lou, and their two cats, Ginger and Fred.
